The dressage instruction is given by the ORUN level 4 certified instructor Paulien Alberts.
Paulien rides horses from 3-year-old to Grand Prix level and therefore has experience with all phases of training a horse. She provides lessons for the Jeugd Stimuleringsplan Drenthe, is a teacher at the NCSAH equestrian vocational training, ORUN examiner, works one day a week at the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences and supervises interns from various equestrian training courses.

Paulien teaches in Dutch, English and German.

She has experience in dealing with many different characters in both horses and people.

There is a choice between individual instruction and/or instruction in (small) groups. The age of the students varies from 7 to 70 years and the education level from B to Grand Prix.

A separate training plan is drawn up for each combination, taking into account the ambitions of the rider and the possibilities of the horse.

Paulien is a Light Tour jury member and can therefore look at how a combination should train for a competition not only from the perspective of a trainer but also from the perspective of a jury member.
